Editorial information
Editorial information may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors. Source and check dates show when a material fact was reviewed; official vendor terms control a purchase. Send corrections with the page URL and strongest available source. We may update explanatory copy and record material changes without guaranteeing continuous completeness.
No guarantee of completeness
Editorial content may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors. It is decision support rather than a warranty, and a buyer must verify material terms before acting.
source dates
A visible source and checked date identify when a material fact was reviewed. The date is not a promise that the vendor will preserve the fact after that review.
corrections
Email the page URL, disputed statement, and strongest official source to support@firstaiemployee.com. A warranted material change receives a dated revision.
Calculators and tools
Estimates
The missed-call cost calculator returns a scenario estimate from disclosed formulas and assumptions. It is not a quote, guarantee, valuation, prediction, or statement of a vendor’s current charges.
user inputs
The user is responsible for input accuracy and for checking the formula ledger, units, scope, and assumptions. Raw inputs and results stay in your browser and are not sent or stored.
no financial advice
Publication tools are not financial, legal, tax, employment, privacy, security, procurement, or other professional advice. Obtain qualified advice for decisions that require it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publication and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. First AI Employee LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from reliance on the publication. Nothing excludes or limits a right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit. These terms state no fixed dollar liability cap.
Governing law, changes and contact
Wyoming law governs these publication Terms without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement. Before arbitration, a party must send a written description of the dispute and requested relief to support@firstaiemployee.com and allow 60 days for good-faith informal resolution.
Except for an eligible individual small-claims matter or a court request to protect intellectual property or confidential information, disputes are resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the applicable Commercial or Consumer Rules. One arbitrator conducts the proceeding in English with a Wyoming seat; remote or written proceedings may be used when the rules allow.
If a class or representative waiver is unenforceable for a claim, that claim is severed; the remaining claims continue in arbitration. If the arbitration agreement is wholly unenforceable or properly opted out of, the parties consent to state or federal courts in Wyoming. Other unenforceable terms are severed while the remainder stays effective. Material changes receive a new effective date. Questions may be sent to the general publication contact above.
